CONCEPT TO REALITY

Pre-Design: Determine the overall project vision and goals.
Schematic Design: Sketches illustrate the basic concept of the design & a ballpark estimate.
Design Development: Finalizing the design with materials and detail components of the structure.
Construction Development: Detailed technical drawings, specifications, and interior selections required for bidding, permitting, and building. Defined cost, project schedule, and value engineering.
Construction: Building begins as selections continue and on-site meetings take place.
Post-Construction: Walk-throughs, owner training, and the handoff.

Utilizing the latest in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology allows us to create 3D realistic representations that give our clients a more accurate picture of the final results. BIM also enables us to refine the design and construction of a building to develop more efficient structures, reduce unforeseen costs, and shorten delivery times.
