Brainerd General Rental

Brainerd General Rental had been serving the Brainerd Lakes Area for over 25 years from an old building that they were quickly outgrowing. Our design team came up with a plan to maximize inventory space, provide a spacious shop area for repairing and maintaining equipment, while also providing an attractive front showroom with plenty of space to display products. We worked, quite literally, side-by-side with the owner to accommodate all the company’s needs while keeping their business operating throughout the project. Our construction team worked nonstop through the winter to bring this plan to life and had the doors open for the flood of equipment renters come spring.
