DESIGN-BUILD SERVICE
Hy-Tec Construction utilizes the Design-Build approach to the building process. When a team of architects, designers, engineers, and builders work together from start to finish, you end up with a streamlined process with more purposeful collaboration and communication. This collective coordination allows the team to provide better insights into cost and constructability while providing a faster project delivery.
They did a great job for us. Hy-Tec was very easy to work with, friendly, courteous. As the general contractor they worked well with many subs and made sure the project was on time and managed the budget well. They were flexible with changes as the project progressed and reacted well to change requests. They kept the job site clean and did very good work.
We are very satisfied with our new home, sheds, arena and barn. Overall we would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
